She is a trained Sociologist with extensive studies in psychology, human behavior, family dysfunction, mental & emotional healthcare treatment, recovery counseling, cross-cultural communication, and personal empowerment training.
She is a multimedia content creator; her television productions have been featured on FOX 50 and various national networks.
She has been coined as “The Solution-ologist” as she has over 20 years of creating and providing stellar SOLUTION-CENTERED corporate trainings, professional development programs, and bilingual educational curriculum modules for diverse public and private entities. She has published nearly ten titles and has established purposeful and impactful conference events.
Yah’ala is the President/CEO of Success & Beyond Global Enterprises, LLC and the Visionary Chair of Beyond The Barriers Outreach, Inc. where they are providing hope to the hopeless; they are “Connecting Communities, Crossing Borders, & Changing Lives” with innovative bilingual (Spanish-English) business solutions and targeted community-based programming.
